In addition to our after-school activities, we also offer Clubhouse.

Clubhouse is an after-care program designed to extend the day until 5:30 pm for students in full-day 3s, 4s, and Pre-K. Clubhouse provides students with a structured yet relaxed alternative to our other after-school offerings. The schedule consists of open play time, read alouds, music and movement, and gross motor activities. We require a set schedule for each term in order for your child to utilize the Clubhouse services, as we have a limited capacity.  Fall Term 2026: Clubhouse schedule is due by Friday, August 28.

Scheduled drop-in service is not available at the Riverside Campus, however, we understand that emergency situations arise and families may need Clubhouse services at the end of the school day. To request unscheduled after-care services,  please email [email protected]with your child’s name and age at least 24 hours in advance. Availability will vary based on student-teacher ratios. Fees for this service will be charged to your Blackbaud Tuition Management account each term.

A payment plan is available for the full-year Club House fees (Early Bird or Regular Registration rates). A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 is due at registration, with an additional $2,000 due at the start of the school year. The remaining balance is due by Friday, December 4. If a family enrolls in the program and later decides not to complete the remaining payments, any outstanding balance will be added to their Jumbula balance and/or Smart Tuition account.
