Taught by the athletic and imaginative pros at DramaZone, this fun and playful class has children getting a dynamic workout without even knowing they're exercising. Students learn the basics of a variety of sports, including baseball, basketball, rolling dodgeball, and many others. The program is developed for young children to have fun first through games devised to promote good sportsmanship, concentration, hand-eye coordination, fitness, and the earliest technical sports skills. We’ll always begin with stretching and breathing; then, let the games begin! Clothing: sneakers and comfortable clothing.
